Fundamentals of Engineering Review is intended to provide students with an overview of topics covered on the discipline specific portion of the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam. 通过考试, administered eight times per year by the National Council for Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), is the first step toward Professional Engineering licensure. Since students have already taken courses that cover all of the subject areas, this course merely serves as a review of these topics in order to help the student prepare for the exam.

Civil PE Review Course (Transportation and Construction Disciplines)
2024年4月生效, the NCEES (National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) has implemented new design specifications for the PE civil engineering exam. 前进, discipline specific exams will be administered in one of five specific discipline areas. This is a significant change from previous testing strategies. The new exam is designed to better assess the knowledge and skills required of civil engineers aligned with their practice in one of five civil engineering disciplines. The exam will be presented in a computer-based format, offering a more dynamic and efficient testing experience. Penn State Beaver's new course has been redesigned to align with the new exam specifications for the Transportation and Construction disciplines. This course provides a framework for aspiring civil engineers to become well-prepared and equipped with the necessary understanding and problem-solving abilities to excel in the examination and in their professional careers.
